Through the Issue Management page, an organization has a view into all audit-related issues. The end-user can only view or edit the issues they have been provided access.  From the Admin page, an administrator can create groups and limit access.

Adding issues? Issues can be added to the system manually or via the import process. The most common method is to import data via a spreadsheet or CSV file.

Yes, there is a single primary assignee, but as many assignees as necessary can be added to an audit issue.

Yes, several fields have customizable options, such as changing the priorities, status, etc. In addition,  custom fields can be added, such as text fields, date fields, and selection boxes.

Yes, when an issue is open and not set as completed, the age will be increased daily. Once set as completed or closed, the aging will no longer increase.

Yes, issues can be imported via CSV or MS Excel, assuming the user has such access.

Yes, one or more issues can be exported from the system, assuming the user has such access.

A user can select one or more issues and perform many functions, such as changing status, adding comments, etc. to these issues.
